Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and continuing care requirements with providers.
• Monitor dashboard reminders for visits, follow-ups, and authorizations.
• Coordinate pre-certifications with insurance carriers and address escalated issues.
• Provide front-end coverage and route telephone encounters to providers.
• Act as liaison among physicians, patients, and staff to connect resources.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
