CoxHealth is seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee the Urgent Care Branson Hills department in Branson, MO. You will define the mission, set goals and budgets, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Missouri RN license, with preferred five years of clinical experience and prior charge nurse exposure. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a day shift.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• MO RN license required.
• At least five years of clinical experience preferred.
• One year as charge nurse preferred.
• One year experience in the area of specialization preferred.
