Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• At least five years of clinical experience preferred.
• One year of charge nurse experience preferred.
• One year experience in the area of specialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Urgent Care Branson Hills department.
• Define mission, goals, budget, and performance standards for the area.
• Provide strong leadership and ensure high-quality patient care.
