CoxHealth is seeking a Nursing Leader for the Branson Hills Urgent Care location in Branson, MO. The role focuses on department leadership, performance management, and delivering high-quality urgent care services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, be licensed in Missouri, and bring several years of clinical and charge-nurse experience to support staff and patient care standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• At least five years of clinical experience preferred.
• One year of charge nurse experience preferred.
• One year experience in the area of specialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Urgent Care Branson Hills department.
