Cox Medical Center Branson is seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee operational, regulatory, and business processes across the department. You will lead change, drive quality initiatives, and support patient safety through effective team coordination.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with 3–5 years of nursing management or education experience and Missouri nursing licensure. This role requires a BSN with a preferred MSN.

Qualifications
