Job summary

FMOL Health’s LPN Clinic seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide patient care following established standards. You will assist physicians, nurses and staff with daily coordination and patient access, and help manage patient flow and appointments within the clinic.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting patient conditions, taking vital signs, documenting histories, immunizations and allergies, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with examinations, tests and referrals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
• Current Louisiana State license as LPN and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Observes, records and reports patient conditions to physician.
• Performs nursing duties: document patient history, vital signs, immunizations and allergies; prep, stock and clean exam room.
