Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Lab Associate I in West Hills, CA, working Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with rotational weekends. The role involves preparing and organizing samples, labeling and handling specimens, and supporting licensed staff in pre-analytic and post-analytic testing.

The position requires a high school diploma, basic lab skills, and strong computer and communication abilities.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of operating non-complex equipment.
• Strong typing skills desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Prepares and organizes samples for testing, including racking, aliquoting, and tube preparation.
• Labels, handles, processes or prepares, and transports specimens.
• Maintains inventories and restocks reagents and supplies.
• Performs data entry and data transcription for results.
