Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to deliver administrative support, register patients, and manage insurance information with exceptional customer service. You will work under supervision to ensure accurate data entry and smooth patient flow within the clinic.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and experience in a medical office environment. Training will cover front-office processes and patient interactions to uphold our care standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR certification and 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Three years in medical billing and coding with intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word) and basic PC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with outstanding service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at check-in.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple insurance plans and coverage terms.
