Cape Fear Orthopaedic/ Integrity Rehab Group in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This full-time role collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

The PCC-I will gather payments, verify insurance, schedule visits, and maintain organized front office workflows, while supporting compliance and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask across computer programs.
• Must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate and ensure great patient experience.
• Manage schedule and non-clinical documentation.
• Handle deposits and insurance reporting.
