Integrity Rehab Group in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth and patient intake. This entry-level role focuses on smooth front-office operations, scheduling referrals, verifying coverage, and delivering welcoming service to patients.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director and team, handles documentation, and helps manage deposits, inventories, and non-clinical tasks while upholding Upstream Rehabilitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make welcome calls to monitor arrival rate
• Manage schedule, document routing, non-clinical documentation, deposits
• Monitor caseload, progress notes, and insurance reporting
• Attend required training and compliance activities
