Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Medical Office Rep for our Tampa area team, based at St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Arts Building. The role focuses on patient reception, data collection, appointment scheduling, and addressing patient inquiries within a busy outpatient setting.

You will support the physician office team, handle billing questions, collect payments, and assist with record copies and mail distribution. A HS diploma with healthcare or customer service exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
