Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance eligibility, explains financial requirements, and processes payments.
• Handles incoming calls promptly and courteously; maintains equipment operation.
• Manages referrals, authorizations, and status communications with staff.
• Coordinates referrals for tests, procedures, and follow-ups as needed.
• Works with providers and insurance companies to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Supports referral documentation and ensures accurate charge capture.
