Job summary

Baptist Health Care is seeking a Receptionist-Registration to manage patient check-in, data entry, and patient flow for outpatient services at our Pensacola facility. Under the patient access manager, you will collect demographic information and guide patients to services, while providing hospitality to patients, families, and visitors.

The role requires a High School Diploma and prior customer service experience, with full-time hours and day-shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the initial greeter for all patients/visitors entering the facility.
• Completes all check in processes in a professional, accurate and customer-oriented timely manner.
• Obtains information from patient to best assist them through registration or to their destination for service.
• Distributes any required handouts to patients or their representative.
• Maintains forms in all printers at all times, which may require lifting or carrying cases of forms.
