Job summary

Accendra Health, based in Worcester, MA, is seeking a customer-care representative to educate patients on products and services, listen to concerns, and place supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

You will review orders, make outbound calls as needed, and use multiple platforms to enter orders, while leveraging full product knowledge of Byram therapies to support patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
