Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced clinic.
• Experience with front-desk duties and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; maintain welcoming front office.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits from referrals received by fax or phone.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and ensure accurate deposits.
• Maintain organized front office workspace and documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to support clinic growth and processes.
• Monitor arrival rates and improve patient experience.
• Manage non-clinical documentation, deposits, and reporting.
• Attend required training and compliance sessions.
