Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and MS Office skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to patients, families and guests with information and comfort.
• Support timely and accurate use of medical record forms and documentation.
• Process orders and assist with coordination of Patient Care Services.
• Provide online tools support and unit operations support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
