Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care services under unit leadership.
• Provide information and directions to patients, families and guests.
• Assist with securing resources and troubleshooting initial concerns.
• Support storage and retrieval of patient records/orders in EMR.
• Offer first-level system support to physicians and clinicians.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with MLH values.
• Assist with online tools and unit operations as needed.
