Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for the Women’s Center at Billingsley. This full-time role supports the Women’s Center team, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, assisting with referrals, scheduling, and patient inquiries to ensure seamless care delivery.

The coordinator will gather and organize patient information, verify insurance, and coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and other services, while working across Tryon office locations.

Qualifications

• Completion of Hepatitis B Vaccine and Flu Vaccine Form will be required.
• Completion of TB test will be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and insure completion of referrals with physicians and hospitals.
• Schedule follow-up visits for patients and manage physician orders.
• Obtain and send patient records to support care delivery.
• Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics.
• Work at different Tryon office locations as needed.
• Maintain timely communication with physicians and health care staff.
• Ensure records are completed in the EHR.
