Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage appropriate standard wait times.
• Complete check-in and check-out tasks including insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and/or co-insurance and issue receipts.
• Process walk-in patients and answer phones; schedule appointments.
• Maintain medical records and fetch/scan documents.
• Establish relationships with patients and staff.
