Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to act as a liaison between our providers and patients, monitor treatment plans, and connect patients with healthcare services. This is an on-site role located in Old Bridge, NJ.

The ideal candidate will coordinate interventions with the Medical Team, schedule imaging as needed, and ensure patient compliance with the daily schedule. A BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field is required, with experience in related practice

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Experience in Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, or Orthopedic/Spine preferred.
• Healthcare knowledge and ability to delegate scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, providers and schedulers to coordinate care.
• Lead weekly meetings with providers to optimize active patient lists.
• Oversee daily scheduling to ensure patient compliance and timely care.
• Coordinate imaging and MD appointments with the Medical Team.
• Provide knowledge of Alliance Ortho services and technology.
