Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Experience in a similar practice (Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Orthopedic/Spine preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish trust with patients, providers and Scheduler(s).
• Conduct weekly meetings with assigned provider(s) to discuss active patient list and implement changes to accelerate care.
• Assure patient compliance by reviewing daily schedules and delegating changes to Scheduler(s).
• Carry out coordination for patient imaging as required.
• Collaborate with Medical Team for MD appointments as required.
• Provide advanced knowledge of Alliance Ortho services and technology.
• Complete mastery of the role and responsibilities of a Scheduler.
