Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Randolph, NJ to act as a liaison between providers and patients, monitor treatment plans, and coordinate interventions to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Experience in similar practices (Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Orthopedic/Spine) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, providers, and schedulers.
• Lead weekly meetings with providers to discuss active patient list and ensure care changes are implemented.
• Ensure patient compliance by reviewing daily schedules and following up on changes.
• Coordinate patient imaging as required.
• Collaborate with Medical Team for MD appointments and provide knowledge of Alliance Ortho services.
