Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on medical assisting experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Active CMA or equivalent credential.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in with warmth.
• Record vital signs and medical histories.
• Reconcile medications and assist with exams.
• Administer medications and vaccines per protocol.
• Prepare specimens and maintain clinical spaces.
• Coordinate insurance and payment processing; organize charts.
