The incumbent provides patient assistance, coordinates clinic activities, and supports providers by communicating patient conditions and test results, ensuring smooth clinic operations and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
• Front office or clerical work experience.
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to operate and maintain office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• One year of related experience in a medical clinic or office (preferred).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA or Red Cross; recertification required.
• Float positions require a Valid Driver's License.
• Background check for Motor Vehicle Driving Record during onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient assistance and care in office/clinic settings.
• Assist in development and orientation of new office/clinic staff.
• Assist in coordinating activities of the office/clinic and improve workflow.
• Keep providers informed of progress and potential problems.
• Assist with covering work schedules.
• Communicate patient clinical condition, including diagnostic results and symptoms, to physicians and team.
