Access Community Health Centers seeks Support Staff (CMA, LPN, EMT) for full- or part-time roles in Madison, WI. The position focuses on smooth patient flow from intake to visit completion, coordinating care, and delivering education and outreach during and between visits.

The role requires current LPN or CMA credentials with preferred EMT experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and compensation starts at $21.80 per hour with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN or CMA certification.
• Experience as LPN/CMA/EMT is preferred but not required for all duties.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient flow from intake through completion of the visit.
• Coordinate care, provide medical/disease education, and outreach to Access patients.
• Address patient needs and inquiries with attention to acute and preventive care.
