Beacon Orthopaedics, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Part Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Mason, OH team. The PCC-I will support clinic operations, intake processes, and patient scheduling while collaborating with the Clinic Director to uphold the organization’s mission and values.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multitasking across multiple systems, and contributing to a welcoming front office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls, monitor and influence arrival rate through great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non‑clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance training
