Qualifications

• 10+ years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk experience in hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first contact for patients who schedule appointments or inquire about services.
• Screen calls, identify better hearing candidates and facilitate appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure smooth flow of patient care in the office.
• Check in/out patients, collect payments, and post charges and insurance processing.
• Verify patient information and maintain patient charts and records.
• Support marketing, outreach, and patient retention activities.
