Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk experience in hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills and math aptitude; familiarity with accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Verify billing/insurance data and collect payments.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and records.
• Support home office communications and marketing efforts.
