Peak Physical Therapy in Lindale, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient front-office operations and patient intake processes. You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily workflows and exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities include scheduling referrals and new patient visits, verifying insurance, and maintaining an organized reception area. This is a full-time role requiring Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong time management and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Convert referrals into evaluations
