Back @ Work Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Logan, UT clinic. This entry-level front desk role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, and processing payments.

The PCC-I supports clinic growth in collaboration with the Clinic Director, handling non-clinical documentation, deposits, and inventory, while ensuring a friendly, organized front office and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy clinic.
• Able to present clearly and professionally to patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk interactions.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits; convert referrals into evaluations.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments; maintain organized front office.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits; monitor inventory.
