STAR in Franklin, TN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact, delivering friendly, efficient front-desk support and administrative assistance. You will help coordinate patient intake, verify insurance, and support clinical staff while maintaining accurate records and a compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years medical office receptionist experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR software familiarity; Raintree knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of Medical Insurance Verification & Authorization.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
• Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates delivery of health care through customer service and administrative tasks.
• Acts as the first point of contact for patients & customers and serves as the voice & face of STAR.
• Coordinates patient intake and supports clinical staff as needed.
• Assists with basic patient care and documentation as required.
