BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, in Madisonville, TN, is hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through patient intake and office operations.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming front office, working closely with the Clinic Director. This is an entry-level role with exposure to multiple computer programs and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs.
• Strong communication with Business Office and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain an organized front office.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits.
