Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Charleston, SC clinic. This entry-level role supports daily clinic operations and delivers strong customer service in a busy, multi-program environment.

You will learn and multitask across various systems, support patient intake, verify insurance, and help maintain an inviting front-office atmosphere. Join a growing team focused on patient care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage document routing.
• Manage personal overtime.
• Manage non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits.
• Manage caseload, discharge candidate, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
