BenchMark Physical Therapy in Lexington, SC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I. You will support clinic growth by executing patient intake processes, managing referrals, scheduling visits, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with the Clinic Director to maintain efficient front-office operations, verify insurance, and handle non-clinical documentation during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Work with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule and non-clinical documents and deposits.
• Monitor clinic inventory and reports.
