Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule visits.
• Schedule patient visits and manage front-office tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcoming ambience.
• Maintain inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Manage schedules, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical docs.
• Monitor arrival rates and overall clinic efficiency.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance sessions.
