The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient front-office operations, accurate scheduling, and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Able to multitask, manage organizational detail, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and document routing.
• Oversee deposits, non-clinical documentation and overtime.
• Monitor caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
