Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Verify patient information and insurance details; perform on-site insurance verification.
• Schedule appointments and procedures; coordinate with providers, prescribers, and therapists.
• Manage patient check-in/out and collect copays; assist with payment plans.
• Maintain communication with care team and ensure continuity of care.
