Qualifications

• Intake and discharge of patients for provider appointments and ancillary services.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation for each patient.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and other department staff to provide high-quality care.
• Open and prepare the clinic for hours of operation.
• Collect copays at the time of check-in.

Responsibilities

• Greet and arrive patients at the front desk for scheduled appointments.
• Coordinate patient paperwork and medical charts at the front desk for the provider.
• Maintain accuracy of patient accounts and demographics in multiple systems.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and ancillary services at the check-out counters.
• Stock exam rooms and clinical area with medical and office supplies after hours of operation.
• Continuously improve work processes and patient experience to meet clinic goals.
