Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of face-to-face and/or telephonic customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and manage wait times.
• Check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification and precertifications.
• Collect co-payments and manage receipts.
• Handle cashier duties and daily deposits per policy.
• Process walk-in patients and answer phones to schedule appointments.
• Maintain and file medical records and log requests for records release.
• Build effective working relationships with patients, staff and public.
