BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic operations in Hoschton, GA. This entry-level role focuses on patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk duties with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to maintain smooth daily operations, manage deposits, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting clinic growth and patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and front-desk support.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a positive patient experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle document routing.
• Oversee deposits and non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor clinic inventory and prepare for training.
• Attend required trainings and complete quarterly compliance training.
