This entry-level office role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, and handling payments to keep the front desk running smoothly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals and patient visits.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
