BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator for our Duluth, GA clinic. This entry-level role supports clinic growth and patient intake, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth front-office operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, and payments, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
