BenchMark Physical Therapy in Conyers, GA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level office role supports clinic operations and patient intake, working closely with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily procedures.

The PCC-I handles referrals, schedules visits, verifies insurance, and maintains an inviting front desk, with opportunities to learn across multiple programs and to contribute to excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle documents routing.
• Oversee personal overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in required training.
