Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, patient recalls, insurance verification, records management and top-notch customer service. Proficiency with Open Dental, Dexis, Dental Intel, Flex, Slack and Office 360 is required; knowledge of Microsoft Office is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office experience in dental or medical setting.
• Proficient in dental terminology and clinic workflows.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dexis, Dental Intel, Flex, Slack and Office 360 is highly valued.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a multi-specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient recalls.
• Verify patient insurance and benefits.
• Maintain patient records and front desk operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to diverse patients.
• Support daily office operations across multiple doctors and specialties.
• Coordinate parking and PPE logistics as applicable.
