Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required and licensed to practice.
• Experience in retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management preferred.
• Ability to train staff and ensure compliant pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide drug information and staff training; manage drug-therapy guidelines.
• Prepare reports and maintain records; stay updated on drug therapies.
