Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician with retail or high-volume experience to join the PMS Central Pharmacy in Albuquerque, NM. The Patient Care Coordinator will support patient interactions, benefit coordination, and daily dispensing operations under HIPAA and company policies.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong communication with patients and insurers, and collaboration with pharmacists and technicians to ensure timely fulfillment and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• National and/or State Certified Pharmacy Technician license, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Answers new referral intake and/or refill calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Inputs new referrals into the computer system and updates information (Asembia, Excel, GRx, etc.).
• Communicates necessary information to obtain benefit information, authorization, reauthorization, and reimbursement.
• Maintains patient records and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure accurate, complete charts.
