The Dental Specialists Edina Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will create a welcoming experience while helping patients navigate their specialty dental care journey.

You will manage scheduling, coordinate with doctors and staff, verify insurance, and handle patient questions about appointments and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administration is preferred.
• Dental experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit.
• Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
• Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management.
• Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care.
• Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations.
• Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience.

Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.

Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour
