Job summary

The Dental Specialists is seeking a compassionate Licensed Dental Assistant to support our specialty practices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role emphasizes assisting specialists, maintaining sterile rooms, and educating patients to ensure excellent care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License is required.
• Certification to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota is required.
• Current CPR certification through a recognized provider is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist specialists during a variety of specialty dental procedures.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post‑operative care, and oral health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
• Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Help support efficient clinical workflows and outstanding specialty patient care.

Starting Wage Range

$30.50 - $34.65 per hour
