Qualifications

• Compassionate and professional dental assistant
• Minnesota Dental Assistant License is required
• CPR certification is required
• Certifications to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Assist specialists during specialty dental procedures
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Help support efficient clinical workflows and outstanding specialty patient care

Starting Wage Range $30.50 - $34.65 per hour
