Physiofit, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in West Lafayette, LA. You will support clinic growth by executing practice management and patient intake processes, and collaborate with the Clinic Director to deliver efficient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend quarterly compliance training.
